Melissa Thane is the Human Resources Associate at the Packard Foundation. She supports the organization’s HR processes, recruitment, and employee experience initiatives. Prior to joining the foundation, she worked as the Human Capital Associate at IEQ Capital. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, and baking.
