Anna Uy is the IT Applications Deputy Director at Packard Foundation. She is responsible for the design and architecture of enterprise application systems and integration solutions for use by Foundation staff and grantees. Working with her team, she manages both in-house and outsourced application development, deployment, support, and maintenance of applications such as the Packard Fellowship online system, Mission Investing system, and integrations with our Grant Management and Financial systems. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2002, she was a technology consultant for Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, computer gaming, and retail industries. She earned Master’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Missouri – Kansas City.
