I currently live outside of the Bay Area, but I’m interested in working at the Foundation. If I am selected for the position, can I work remotely?
Due to our Hybrid Work Policy, employees are expected to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and twice per year during our Hometown Weeks.
How should I prepare for interviews?
Our interviews are based on the job description and competencies for the position. Carefully review the posting alongside your past experiences to develop your narrative relative to the position you are interviewing for.
When/how will I be contacted about the status of my application?
Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your application has been received. You will be contacted if you are selected to advance to the next stage of the recruiting process. You will be later contacted if you are not selected to move forward in the process.
