John Molina is the facilities engineer for the Facilities department. He is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the Packard Foundation offices and meeting spaces. Before joining the Packard Foundation, John served as a stationary engineer in the Local 39 union for three years and was self-employed as a general contractor for over 20 years, working in property development, real estate, and as a construction superintendent.
