Arame is the Talent Partner on the Human Resources team. She helps create and maintain equitable and inclusive processes to enhance our recruiting efforts as we continue to grow and bring amazing people to work at the Packard Foundation. She supports hiring managers in bridging the gap with talent to provide a seamless hiring experience while centering and uplifting the Foundation’s values.
Arame has dedicated the past 10 years of her professional experience on uplifting DEIJ in higher ed. In her previous role at Stanford University, she was an adjunct lecturer, managed a team of career coaches, and provided career education to diverse individuals in navigating the world of work and authentically integrating themselves into the workplace.
Arame is a Certified Diversity Professional, IDI Qualified Administrator, Certified Social Justice Mediator, holds a B.A. from Manhattanville College in Psychology and Sociology, and holds an M.A. from Yeshiva University in Mental Health Counseling.
