Juli is a program associate at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. She supports grantmaking operations for the Foundation’s work to protect and restore the ocean. 

 Juli brings her experience and love of working with data and improving organizational processes to her work. Prior to joining the Foundation, Juli worked at Pesticide Action Network North America, Pesticide Research Institute, World of Good, and the Organic Farming Research Foundation. Juli holds bachelor’s degrees in environmental studies and anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.  

 When she’s not working, Juli can be found outside enjoying the amazing diversity of wildlife, binoculars in hand and logging all her bird sightings in a community science database.
