to evaluate and learn from the Starting Smart and Strong effort and to apply approaches that meet the learning and evaluation needs of multiple stakeholders

to continue the evaluation of Starting Smart and Strong

to assist the three Starting Smart and Strong communities in narrating their journey, and to ensure that they have the resources, and knowledge to communicate their achievements moving forward

to support the evaluation of a cohort of grantees working on community-led practices to strengthen maternal and child health and reduce racial disparities in Fresno County

to develop and implement a workshop series titled “Caregiving in a Pandemic” with previously trained caregivers

to continue the Family Caregivers Project, implement training of trainers curriculum, and engage in policy advocacy to support family, friend, and neighbor caregivers and promote health equity

to support continued communications counsel for the Insuring America’s Children project over the next year
