to continue to highlight promising state practices in developmental screening, referral and care coordination; synthesize policy trends in these areas; and continue to disseminate state tools and resources via the Resource Center
to assist state officials who work on children’s health with their efforts to improve coverage and care for all children, address health disparities among children of color, and promote healthy child development
